Returns

Our furniture is custom made on order according to fabric, wood finish and other options you choose. Unless the product is not according to the order you made, the piece can not be returned, even if not opened.

If your product delivered is not an item you ordered, please contact us directly at contact@housemagnet.com along with pictures of the product. We will try to find a solution or take care of the return and full refund if and only if the product wasn’t the one you ordered.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

If your return has been approved, we will arrange the shipping. Once arrived and inspected we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Then, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 days of reception of the returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@housemagnet.com.

Exchanges

If your situation follows the conditions for exchange we will at our cost arrange for the exchange of your item. If the problem is fixable, and we can remedy it within 10 days by sending a craftsman to repair or correct the item, housemagnet reserves the right not the accept a return.

Shipping relative to returns and exchanges, it following the respective conditions, will be at the charge of housemagnet.
